A normal amount of rainfall falls here at Jacks Lake; August is the wettest month with most rain, and February is the month with the least moisture. Christie Mountain is a pleasant local ski area; Cadotte Lake is a nearby lake that you could explore. You imagine that's enough? Just getting warmed up. Camping is available at Kamp Sugarrbush Bar and Campgrnd, and       whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Chippewa River. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a place to stay Americinn - Chippewa Falls, Wi is a magnificent choice, and if the weather is wonderful, you can go for a hike along the Hickory Ridge Trail. You'll meet a lot of people from Eau Claire here, and on a brilliant day you can take a hike along the Deer Fly Trail. Throughout the summertime, highs generally                  are in the 80's at Jacks Lake. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 20's, and overnight lows in the-10's for Jacks Lake. This lake is so wonderful. If you came for an overnight stay Northshore Bar and Campground is a good place to camp, and going for a hike along the O'Neil Creek Flowage Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area.
