Throughout the warm months highs here at Indian Lake get into the 80's; during summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. High temperatures during the winter are normally in the 10's, and overnight lows at Indian Lake all through the winter mostly drop into the-10's. A normal amount of rainfall falls here at Indian Lake; through the month of August you get the most rain around here, and February is when it's the driest. This       lake is so wonderful. If the weather is fine here at Indian Lake, you can go for a hike along the Hardwood Trail. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Indian Lake has to offer, you can camp at Hayward Koa Kampground, and close to Indian Lake you discover a golf course called Bigfish Golf Club. Lakes are such serene places, why not explore Gurno Lake close to Indian Lake; after a long day outdoors Comfort Suites Hayward is a brilliant site to spend                  a night or two. Going for a hike along the Rock Lake National Recreation Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity, and Green Lake is a good lake nearby. This lake is so wonderful. Hiking along the Serley Camp Trail is great fun, and Christie Mountain has nice slopes and a friendly staff. Get covered with water paddling on Chippewa River - West Fork. There's so much to do here at Indian Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Trail's End Resort is a splendid site for that. Whohoo, so much fun stuff in one place! Indian Lake rocks!
