Indian Lake is a lake worth visiting. Hiking along the East Bluff Woods Trail is pleasant fun, and there are plenty of people from Madison here. Take a hike on the Grottos Trail, and get dripping wet paddling on Wisconsin River. This lake is so wonderful. This lake is so wonderful. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Baraboo River. Through
the warm months highs here at Indian Lake reach the 80's. Summer night lows descend down to the 60's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 20's, and all through the dark hours in the wintertime at Indian Lake temperatures dip to
the 0's. An average amount of rainfall falls at Indian Lake; August is the wettest month with most rain; the driest month is January.
