This lake is so wonderful. Whitewater paddling is glorious on Wisconsin River, and dry warm beds await you at Super 8 Antigo. Having a delightful time at Horseshoe Lake is easy. Lakes are such calm spots, why not stop by Partridge Lake near Horseshoe Lake. If you don't mind getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling       on Eau Claire River, and you'll discover a stunning lake called Saddlebag Lake. A great place to camp here at Horseshoe Lake is Nordic Hills Campground; Days Inn of Antigo is a nice site to get some rest. Summertime brings highs in the 70's to Horseshoe Lake; all through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. High temperatures during the winter are normally in the 20's, and nighttime lows in the-10's for Horseshoe Lake.
