Man, is there heaps of cool things to do in close proximity to Horseshoe Lake. Pikes Peak is a peak you can make out from Horseshoe Lake; there are other spots here than Horseshoe Lake, for example Beaver Lake. During the summer months highs here at Horseshoe Lake reach the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures descend down into the 50's. The wintertime brings       highs down to the 20's while Horseshoe Lake nighttime low temperatures during the wintertime are in the-10's. Here at Horseshoe Lake you'll most likely meet some people from Eau Claire, and Dumke Lake is a delightful lake close by. This lake is so wonderful. Paddling on Duncan Creek is so much fun; you can stay the night at Rock Lake Resort and Campground. Dry warm beds await you at Glen Loch Motel; there's great hiking along the Deer Fly Trail. A common                  amount of rainfall falls here at Horseshoe Lake; the month of August is the wettest with most of the rain; February meanwhile is the driest month. Chippewa River has a perfect whitewater paddling spot nearby. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Horseshoe Lake has to offer, you can camp at Northshore Bar and Campground. This lake is so wonderful.
