There are other locations here than Hope Lake, for example Grant Lake; Chippewa River - West Fork is a magnificent whitewater spot close by. After a long day outdoors Best Western Lake Superior Lodge is a glorious place to spend a night or two; in the event that you don't mind getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Marengo River. While you're here at Hope Lake you can take       a hike along the Rock Lake National Recreation Trail, and Boulder Lodge Resort is a splendid local campground. Summertime brings highs in the 70's to Hope Lake, and all through the night it cools down to the 50's. All through the wintertime highs are ordinarily in the 10's; overnight lows during the winter for Hope Lake tend to be in the-10's. This lake is located in the wonderful Gogebic Range. This lake is so wonderful. That right there is plenty                  already, but it continues; Hope Lake has it all. The Black Lake Trail is a delightful hiking trail next to Hope Lake, and Chippewa River Campground is a great campground nearby. This lake is so wonderful. If the weather is wonderful here at Hope Lake, you can go for a hike along the North Country Trail, and East Fork Ghost Creek is near Hope Lake and is always a pleasure to explore. A common amount of rainfall falls here at Hope Lake; of all the months in a year August is the one with the most rain; the driest month of the year is February. So many fun things to do in the Gogebic Range, not enough time.
