Sure, Bog Lake is close to Hoover Lake, and Hoover Lake is great enough to spend more than a day at, Wildwood Park Campgrounds is a great local campground. Very scenic scenery and glorious skiing is what you get at Trollhaugen; you can have a wonderful hiking adventure along the Sunrise Ferry Hiking Trail. The warmest time of the year at Hoover Lake comes with high temperatures in the 80's while night lows are mostly in the 60's. Through the       winter highs are in the 20's with temperatures at Hoover Lake dipping down into the 0's during winter nights. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Luck Country Inn, and naturally, this is a pleasant neighborhood for folks who like lakes, Twin Lakes is a lake close at hand. Camping at Schillberg's Campgrounds is always a wonderful experience, and you can run the rapids of St. Croix River.
