If you are in Kenosha county it's always a good idea to stop by Hooker Lake. If you don't mind getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on White River, and camping is available at Silver Lake Marina. Take a hike on the Tamarack View Trail; you're sure to run into some good folks from Racine here. This lake is so wonderful. Have a good hiking adventure along the Lake Defiance Nature Trail, and why not spend some time golfing at a close by golf course like

If only every place had this much outdoors fun stuff, what a great earth it would be. Hiking along the Volo Bog Interpretive Trail is perfect fun, and if you need a spot to stay Comfort Inn & Suites is a tremendous choice. You'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Grand Geneva since you're here, and Pike River is a fine whitewater spot close by.

camping at Happy Acres Kamp Ground is always a delightful experience. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Best Western Regency Inn, and there are other spots here than Hooker Lake, for example League Lake. From a
rainfall point of view Hooker Lake is a rather normal location; the month of August is the wettest with most of the rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
For the duration of the summertime highs
here at Hooker Lake get into the 80's. For the period of the moonlight hours it's ordinarily in the 60's. Through the wintertime this place gets highs in the 20's while the cold winter nights at Hooker Lake are in the 0's.
