Many people like to go to Hoodoo Lake. Hoodoo Lake gets a normal amount of rainfall; the month with most of the rain is August while February is regularly the driest month. After a long day outdoors Americinn - Two Harbors, Mn is a brilliant place to spend a night or two. This lake is so wonderful. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Bois Brule River, and you can go for a hike on the Pigeon Lake Trail. Doodlebug

| | Rapids is a good local attraction; why not camp at Copper Range Campground while you're here at Hoodoo Lake. Swansons Motel and Campground is a splendid local campground, and if you're here, you could have a look at Little Bois Brule River. Summer brings highs in the 80's to Hoodoo Lake; the overnight is a bit cooler of course, mostly in the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 10's; nighttime lows through the wintertime for Hoodoo Lake tend to be in the-10's.
