This lake is so wonderful. You could also explore Bass Lake if you're here at Holt Lake; it's nearby; Country Inn & Suites By Carlson, Iron Mountain, MI is a brilliant site to get some rest. Holt Lake is not the only place close by, Reader Lake is a close by lake, and Marty and June Katzka is a great local       campground. If you want a glorious time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Holt Lake. Getting to North Branch Peshtigo Brook from Holt Lake is trouble-free. There's whitewater on Peshtigo River for all you adrenaline kick people; Thunder Lake Lodge is a glorious campground nearby.
