Through the long summer days, highs typically are in the 70's at Hilger Lake while nighttime lows are commonly in the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 10's while the cold winter nights at Hilger Lake are in the-10's. Moose Springs is a great local attraction; why not visit nearby Mud Creek since you're here       at Hilger Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Get wet paddling on Eau Claire River, and Hilger Lake is not the only location close by, Dollar Lake is a close by lake. Whitewater paddling is good on Embarrass River - South Branch, and Hilger Lake is good enough to spend more than a day at, Antigo Lake RV Park is a good local campground. If you go for the outdoors, you'll go for Hilger Lake.
