Whitewater paddling is glorious on Wolf River, and a lake nearby is Gilkey Lake. Summertime highs at High Lake mostly tend to be in the 70's. High Lake is good enough to spend more than a day at, Piney woods Campgrounds is a good local campground, and Days Inn of Antigo is a wonderful                  spot to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful.
