You'll need more than a day to explore everything Hidden Lake has to offer, you can camp at Maple Heights Campground. Soar down the rapids of Oconto River - North Branch in a kayak, and the Dendro Eco Trail is a tremendous hiking trail nearby. There is a great hiking trail next to Hidden Lake called the Popple Ridge Snowmobile Trail, and since you might be in a lake       visiting mood you can always stop at close by Crab Lake. For the period of the months of summer here at Hidden Lake, high temperatures typically get into the 70's while overnight lows are mostly in the 50's. Highs throughout the winter are usually in the 20's while Hidden Lake night low temperatures all through the wintertime are in the 0's. Best Western Crandon Inn & Suites is a perfect location to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. If you come at the                  right time of year, Peshtigo River offers some good whitewater, and McCauslin Brook Golf & Country Club is a splendid golf course close by. If only every location had this much outdoors enjoyable stuff, what a great globe it would be. There's so much to do here at Hidden Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Heaven's Up North Campground is a great location for that; of course, this is a great vicinity for people who like lakes, Long Lake is a lake in the vicinity.
