You'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Big Powderhorn Mountain since you're here, and whitewater paddling is great on Black River. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a spot to stay Comfort Inn Ironwood is a good choice; you can never get enough of the magnificent skiing at Blackjack. Hazel Lake gets a common amount of yearly rainfall; of all the months in a year June is the one with the most rain, and the driest of the months is February.

| | Why not camp at Double E Resort while you're here at Hazel Lake, and after a long day outdoors Americinn - Ironwood, Mi is a perfect place to spend a night or two. And that's not all you can do here at Hazel Lake. Hiking along the Newman Springs Ski Trail is brilliant fun; golf can be played at Tahoe Lynx Golf Course. getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Turtle River. If you get bored of Hazel Lake, you could also take a look at close by Bear Lake; camping is available at Big 6 RV Resort and Campground.
