Hayward WP119 Dam is a pretty site near Hayward Lake, and nearby you locate the Pigeon Lake Trail which is a great hiking trail. Take a side spree to Bradley Branch, and whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Namekagon River. This lake is so wonderful. Golf can be played at Roynona Creek Golf Course, and if you need a place to stay Hayward Super 8 Motel is a good choice. This       lake is so wonderful. And that's not all you can do here at Hayward Lake. After a long day outdoors Flat Creek Inn and Suites is a great spot to spend a night or two, and why not camp at Nelson Lake Lodge if you're here at Hayward Lake. For the duration of the days of summer highs here at Hayward Lake reach the 80's. For the duration of the dark hours of summer temperatures sink down into the 50's. All through the winter highs are in the 20's with winter lows                  in the-10's overnight here at Hayward Lake. Hayward Lake is a good place of normal rain; August is when you get the most rain here while February is usually the driest month. Get your heart beating on the glorious whitewater of Totogatic River, of course you could also have a look at Shues Pond while you're here; it's not far at all.
