Lakes? Sure, Hawkins Lake is nearby, and if you came to camp Mc Mullen Park is a great place to do that. Any time is a pleasant time at Hawkins Lake if you have a thing about the outdoors. Get soaked paddling on Black River; Three Bears Lodge and Villas is a glorious spot to get       some rest. There's some flowing water nearby, McKenna Creek is a stream you can stop at while you're here, and dry warm beds await you at Microtel Inn & Suites Tomah. Hawkins Lake gets a normal amount of annual precipitation; the month with most of the rain is July, and February on the other hand is the driest. Throughout the warm months, highs frequently are in the 80's at Hawkins Lake. Summer overnight lows descend down to the 50's. The wintertime comes                  with highs in the 20's, and nighttime lows at Hawkins Lake through the winter commonly plunge into the 0's. This lake is so wonderful.
