Harriet Lake is a tremendous site to visit for more than one day, Tyman's Motel and Campground is a tremendous site to camp nearby, and there are some fine whitewater spots on Eau Claire River. Summertime highs at Harriet Lake commonly tend to be in the 70's, and during the night it cools down to the 50's. Daytime highs through the winter are in the 20's, and winter nights come with lows in the-10's to Harriet Lake.       Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Totogatic River, and Bergen Springs is always fun to check out. Eau Claire River Flowage 33 is a magnificent lake close to Harriet Lake. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Harriet Lake has to offer, you can camp at Clearwater Resort and RV Campground. This lake is so wonderful. Best Western American Heritage Inn is a pleasant location to get some rest, and as expected                  Eau Claire River flows through this region. There's just no way anyone can get bored here at Harriet Lake. Lakes? Sure, Two Mile Lake is close by, and a round of golf at nearby Fire Hill Golf Club is a splendid way to kill some time.
