Many people like to go to Harper Lake. Indianhead Motel is a magnificent place to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. Black River has a delightful whitewater paddling spot close by, and camping is available at Big 6 RV Resort and Campground. In the event that you don’t have a problem getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Turtle River, and there's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at close by Big Powderhorn Mountain.

| | need a location to stay Bluffs Inn is a great choice, and for you golfers we recommend nearby Tahoe Lynx Golf Course. I don't want to stop, cause I'm havin' a great time here at Harper Lake. If you came for an overnight stay Wabasso Lake Campground is a good spot to camp, and you're most likely into lakes, Allen Lake is one of those nearby. Blackjack has great slopes and a friendly staff, and if you're here you can take a hike along the Newman Springs Ski Trail.
