Hansen Lake is a nice lake to visit. Don't leave Hansen Lake without first paying a visit to Fifth Rapids; great skiing awaits you at Whitecap Mountain. The yearly rain here at Hansen Lake is about average; through August this area sees the most rain, and the driest of the months is February. This lake is so wonderful. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Newman Springs Ski Trail, and as expected Hoffman Creek flows through this area.
