     While you're here at Ham Lake you can take a hike along the Dendro Eco Trail, and get dripping wet paddling on Peshtigo River. Throughout the summertime months here at Ham Lake, high temperatures frequently get into the 70's. During the dark hours of summer temperatures sink down into the 50's. For the duration of the winter the highs are mostly in the 20's while Ham Lake nighttime low temperatures through the winter are in the-10's. Take a side tour to Round  
   Creek; a great close by hotel is Best Western Crandon Inn & Suites. This lake is so wonderful. Gotta ski! Brule Mountain is a pleasant place to do that.
And if you're still looking for more outdoors cool stuff just keep reading. If the weather is fine here at Ham Lake, you can go for a hike along the Eds Lake Trail System, and whitewater paddling is perfect on Peshtigo River. The Popple Ridge Snowmobile Trail is a good hiking trail in the neighborhood of
 
               Ham Lake; since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always go to nearby Mud Lake Number One. Ham Lake gets a common amount of rainfall; most of the rain falls during September, and February is the month with the least moisture.
This lake is so wonderful. Ham Lake Camp Grounds is a magnificent campground nearby; not far from Ham Lake you'll discover Round Lake which is a gorgeous lake. Stay the night at Richardson Lake Campground, and near Ham Lake you discover a golf course called Nicolet Country Club.
