Half Moon Lake is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. A perfect location to camp here at Half Moon Lake is Pine Grove Resort; if you're here you should stop at Boston Bay. Why not camp at Apple River Campgrounds North while you're here at Half Moon Lake; lakes are such serene sites, why not stop at Antler Lake. Luck Country Inn is a nice spot to get some rest, and Trollhaugen is a very popular ski area in the neighborhood.

Apple River is a great whitewater spot near Half Moon Lake, and there's some flowing water nearby, Harder Creek is a stream you can explore during
your stay. Half Moon Lake is a good spot of common precipitation; the month with most of the rain is June; February is when it's the driest. Now, you may assume that's a heap but there's even more entertaining stuff to do here at
Half Moon Lake. Dry warm beds await you at Best Western Northwoods Lodge; do pay a visit to Saint Croix National Scenic River while you're here at Half Moon Lake.
