Camping at Haley Lake is pleasant fun, Lauterman Lake Walk-In Campground is a pleasant local campground, and hiking along the Dendro Eco Trail is pleasant fun. There are some wonderful whitewater spots on Pine River, and since you might be       in a lake visiting mood you can always have a look at nearby Dorothy Lake. If you want a good time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Haley Lake. Really pleasant skiing awaits you at Ski Brule, and Iron Inn Motel is a brilliant place to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. Haley Creek flows through this vicinity. All through the warmest time of the year, highs typically are in the 70's at Haley Lake, and the overnight is a little cooler of                  course, ordinarily in the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 10's; winter nights come with lows in the-10's to Haley Lake. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Pine River; there's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at close by Brule Mountain. The amount of rainfall that falls at Haley Lake is close to the national average; the month of August is the wettest with most of the rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This lake is so wonderful.
