Skiing at Sunburst is one of those things you just ought to do; a good place for whitewater paddling is Cedar Creek. North Kettle Moraine is a good campground here, and if you don't mind getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Menomonee River. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 80's to Haack Lake. All through the moonlight hours it's mostly in the 60's.
