What a nice lake Grey Lake is. This lake is so wonderful. Paddling on Flambeau River - South Fork is so much fun, and New Concord Inn is a great place to get some rest. Life's too short to enjoy all the cool things close to Grey Lake. Grey Lake gets a common amount of yearly rainfall; the month with most of the rain is August, and the driest month of the year is February. | | Campgrounds is a fine campground here. Grey Lake is a tremendous place to camp, Wabasso Lake Campground is a tremendous place, and you can go for a hike on the Newman Springs Ski Trail. Summertime at Grey Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 70's. For the period of the dark hours of summer temperatures plunge down into the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 10's, and winter nights come with lows in the-10's to Grey Lake. Do have a look at Black Lake near Grey Lake, it's a wonderful lake; whitewater paddling is tremendous on Turtle River. | |
