Camping at Grass Lake is great fun, Lake Kegonsa State Park is a great local campground, and Grass Lake is a location with many visitors from Janesville. Through the summer months at Grass Lake temperatures are regularly in the 80's, and the overnight is a tad colder of course, usually in the 60's. Throughout the winter this place gets highs in the 20's with temperatures at Grass Lake dipping down into the 0's       all through winter nights. Whohoo, so much entertaining stuff in one place! Grass Lake rocks!. Lakes? Sure, Bass Lake is close by, and if you're looking for a good spree, Ice Age National Scenic Trail is relatively near. This lake is so wonderful. Playing golf is lots of fun at Stoughton Country Club, and if you need a location to stay Stoughton Inn is a wonderful choice. Grass Lake gets a typical amount of yearly rain; the month with most of the rain                  is June, and the driest month of the year is January.
