This lake is so wonderful. Nearby lakes? Sure, Bear Lake is in close proximity to Granger Lake; Whitecap Mountain is a very popular ski area in the vicinity. Granger Lake gets a typical amount of annual rain; August is when you get the most rain here, and February on the other hand is the driest. This lake is so wonderful.       In the event that you don’t have a problem getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Flambeau River - South Fork, and camping is available at Comfort Cove Resort. Put some time aside to spend at Little Cedar Rapids while you're here at Granger Lake; dry warm beds await you at Super 8 Motel - Phillips. Whitewater paddling is glorious on Flambeau River - South Fork, and if you need a place to stay Super 8 Motel - Park Falls is a wonderful choice.                  Granger Lake in fact is in the middle of a beautiful outdoors paradise. You're almost certainly keen on lakes, Lost Lake is one of those close by, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Newman Springs Ski Trail. During the summer highs here at Granger Lake reach the 70's, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 50's.
