    If you are traveling by, why not stop by Grandma Lake. Really pleasant skiing awaits you at Brule Mountain. High temperatures at Grandma Lake during the summertime are in the 70's. For the duration of the moonlight hours it's generally in the 50's. All through the wintertime highs are ordinarily in the 20's, and nighttime lows at Grandma Lake through the wintertime usually fall into the 0's. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Grandma Lake has to  
   offer, you can camp at Florence County Park Campground, and paddling on Popple River is so much fun.
There's so much to do here at Grandma Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Chipmunk Rapids Campground is a brilliant place for that, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Dendro Eco Trail. The Lauterman Trail offers hiking at its best; while you're here, you could also go to beautiful Halsey Lake. Be careful coming to Grandma Lake, you might
 
               not ever want to return back home again. Americinn - Iron River, Mi is a good site to get some rest, and get soaked paddling on Pine River.
This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Iron Inn Motel is a delightful place to spend a night or two; Ski Brule has good slopes and a friendly staff. The yearly rainfall here at Grandma Lake is about average; August is when you get the most rain here, and February is when it's the driest.
