What a nice lake Lake Gordon is. Through the summer months here at Lake Gordon, high temperatures regularly get into the 70's, and during the night it cools down to the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 20's; all through the dark hours in the winter at Lake Gordon temperatures plunge to the-10's. There's so much to do here at Lake Gordon that you need to camp here for a while, Burnt Bridge Campground is a splendid place for that, and if you come at

| | the right time of year, Peshtigo River offers some glorious whitewater. From a rainfall point of view Lake Gordon is a quite normal site; the wettest month of the year is ordinarily September, that's the one that rains the most; February is the month with the least moisture.
This is no site for people who don’t like to enjoy themselves. Going for a hike on the Dendro Eco Trail is always a delightful adventure. You'll need more than a day to discover everything | |

Lake Gordon has to offer, you can camp at Laura-Gordon Lakes Campground, and if you need a site to stay Best Western Lakewood Lodge is a delightful choice. There are nice spots to explore along the Lauterman Trail, and get yourself
into a kayak and hit Popple River.
This lake is so wonderful. A tremendous close by hotel is Americinn - Iron River, Mi, and Lake Laura is a nearby lake that you could pop by.
