Do stop by Goose Pond while you're in this part of Wisconsin. Summer at Goose Pond comes with high temperatures in the 80's. Through the moonlight hours it's typically in the 60's. For the period of the winter highs are in the 20's, and night lows in the 0's for Goose Pond. This lake is so wonderful. | | distance away. This lake is so wonderful. Why not spend some time golfing at a close by golf course like Nippersink Country Club & Lodge, and hiking along the Fox River Trail is tremendous fun. Don't forget to take a good little journey to West Branch North Branch Nippersink Creek, and whitewater paddling is magnificent on White River. Goose Pond is right by the Leather Leaf Bog Trail. Have a perfect hiking adventure along the Lake Defiance Nature Trail. A normal amount of rain falls here at Goose Pond; of all the months in a year July is the one with the most
rain, and February is when it's the driest. If you came to camp Lake Geneva Mobile Home Park is a delightful location to do that, and a magnificent close by hotel is Comfort Suites Lake Geneva. There's so much to do here at Goose
Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Coachman's Terrace RV and Mobile Home Park is a good location for that, and you're almost certainly interested in lakes, Peterkin Pond is one of those close by. Gotta ski! Grand Geneva is a perfect place to do that, and if you need a place to stay Budget Host Diplomat Motel is a great choice.

Grand Geneva
 | I think Grand Geneva is where I went skiing last year when I was up there visiting some old friends, but it may have been some other similar place. It was my first time skiing, it was great. I fell a lot but you know, you just get up again, that's just the way it goes. Looking forward to going again some time.... |
Meadowlark Acres Family Campground

It's a nice 1-1/2 mile ride to a tiny rural town. A near mile Nature Trail - Past the Golf Course, through pine woods, over 'Memorial Ridge', around the spring-fed pond, up through the pine tree forest and back down past the ''Holler Pipe'' at base of dam.
