Try Swift Creek. This lake is so wonderful. Sand Lake is a nearby lake that you could visit, and Goose Lake is right by the O'Neil Creek Flowage Trail. This lake is so wonderful. A magnificent nearby hotel is Americinn Lodge Ladysmith, and Island Lake WP363 Dam is not far at all from Goose Lake.       If you need a place to stay Glen Loch Motel is a brilliant choice; paddling on Duncan Creek is so much fun. From a precipitation point of view Goose Lake is a pretty typical place; during August this area sees the most rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Take a hike on the Deer Fly Trail, and the slopes of Christie Mountain are so inviting nobody can resist. This is a popular place for people from Eau Claire. The Hickory                  Ridge Trail offers hiking at its best. There's so much to do here at Goose Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Kamp Sugarrbush Bar and Campgrnd is a good spot for that. For the period of the summertime at Goose Lake temperatures are regularly in the 80's, and the night is a bit cooler of course, ordinarily in the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 20's with winter lows in the-10's overnight here at Goose Lake. This place, Goose Lake, it simply has so much outdoors entertaining stuff.
