Lakes are magnificent; Round Lake is a lake that's in close proximity to Goose Lake. Goose Lake gets a common amount of rainfall; during the month of August you get the most rain around here, and the driest of the months is February. Life's too short to enjoy all the enjoyable things close to Goose Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Camping at Shinako Camping Resort is always a magnificent experience,       and if you need a spot to stay Super 8 Rice Lake is a brilliant choice. Goose Lake is tremendous enough to spend more than a day at, Shady Rest Campground is a tremendous local campground, and of course, this is a magnificent region for folks who like lakes, Chain Lake is a lake around here. Whitewater paddling is tremendous on Namekagon River; Days Inn Rice Lake is a nice spot to get some rest. Through the months of summer at Goose Lake highs are usually                  in the 80's while night lows are typically in the 50's.
