If you came to camp Pine Grove Resort is a great spot to do that, and an exciting thing to pop by close to Godfrey Lake 1 is Lewis Dam. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Lower Tamarack River, unsurprisingly you could also check out Godfrey Lake if you're here; it's not far at all. Lodge is a magnificent choice. There's so much to do here at Godfrey Lake 1 that you need to camp here for a while, Clam Falls Campground is a nice place for that. A splendid close by hotel is Lodge at Crooked Lake, and going for
a hike along the Markville Snowmobile Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this region. Godfrey Lake 1 gets a typical amount of rain; the month with most of the rain is June while February is ordinarily the driest month.
