At Glover Lake through the summer months highs are in the 80's. For the period of the dark hours of summer temperatures sink down into the 50's. For the period of the wintertime the highs are usually in the 10's, and winter nights come with lows in the-10's to Glover Lake. There's just no way somebody can get bored here at Glover Lake.       The North Country Trail offers hiking at its best; the best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of nearby Christie Mountain. Glover Lake gets a typical amount of yearly rain; the wettest month of the year is frequently August, that's the one that rains the most while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This is a splendid vicinity for people who like lakes. Pine Island Lake is a lake close at hand. This lake is so wonderful. Blueberry Campground is a great campground nearby; you can run the rapids of Chippewa River. Dry warm beds await you at Super 8 Motel Hayward Wisconsin; there's fine hiking along the Tuscobia Park Falls State Trail. Good hiking is available along the Rock Lake National Recreation Trail, and Comfort Suites Hayward is a good spot to get some rest.
