Going for a hike on the Popple Ridge Snowmobile Trail is always a fine adventure; if you need a place to stay Best Western Crandon Inn & Suites is a pleasant choice. And that's not all you can do here at Glade Lake. Near Glade Lake you locate the Eds Lake Trail System which is a nice hiking trail; if you've had enough of Glade Lake, Sasacat Lake is nearby. From a precipitation point of view Glade Lake is a relatively typical       site; all through the month of September you get the most rain around here; February is the month with the least moisture. The Popple Ridge Snowmobile Trail is a tremendous hiking trail close to Glade Lake; Glade Lake is not the only location nearby, Ada Lake is a nearby lake. This lake is so wonderful. Richardson Lake Campground is a splendid local campground, and a spree to Glade Lake wouldn't be complete without taking a look at McCaslin Spring. At Glade                  Lake all through the summertime months highs are in the 70's. For the duration of the moonlight hours it's mostly in the 50's. Highs through the wintertime are mostly in the 20's; overnight lows in the 0's for Glade Lake. If you came for an overnight stay Ada Lake Campground is a perfect spot to camp, and after a long day outdoors Best Western Lakewood Lodge is a delightful site to spend a night or two. This lake is so wonderful.
