A lovely lake like Lost Lake close to Gilkey Lake is a splendid       site to pop by, and Markgras Springs is an inspiring spot to pop by during your stay. High temperatures at Gilkey Lake all through the summer months are in the 70's. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 20's while Gilkey Lake nighttime low temperatures during the winter are in the 0's.
