This lake is so wonderful. If you don't mind getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Black River, and not far from Geyser Lake you'll stumble on Brush Lake which is a pretty lake. This place, Geyser Lake, it just has so much outdoors amusing stuff. Gotta ski! Blackjack is a perfect place to do that; if you came to camp Big 6 RV Resort and Campground is a       splendid site to do that. If you need a place to stay Indianhead Motel is a glorious choice; everybody nearby loves skiing at Big Powderhorn Mountain. An afternoon playing golf at Tahoe Lynx Golf Course is always a pleasure. Dry warm beds await you at Bluffs Inn; don't leave Geyser Lake without first going for a hike along the Newman Springs Ski Trail. Geyser Lake is a good spot of common rainfall; the month of June is the wettest with most of the rain; the                  driest month is February. Through the summer months, highs frequently are in the 70's at Geyser Lake; during summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 10's; after the sun is down all through the wintertime temperatures at Geyser Lake descend into the-10's.
