High temperatures at Gander Lake through the long summer days are in the 70's. Through the moonlight hours it's commonly in the 50's. For the period of the wintertime highs are mostly in the 20's; winter nights come with lows in the-10's to Gander Lake. You'll stumble on a scenic lake called Cream Lake near Gander Lake, and a round of golf at nearby Hidden North Golf Course is a great way to kill some time.       This lake is so wonderful. A scenic lake like Coffee Lake next to Gander Lake is a wonderful place to check out, and dry warm beds await you at Superior Super 8 Motel. But wait, there's more to do in close proximity to Gander Lake. Camping is available at Swansons Motel and Campground. A perfect place to camp here at Gander Lake is Wasko's Lakeshore Camp, and there's whitewater on Eau Claire River for all you thrill seekers. There are some delightful whitewater                  spots on Bois Brule River, and if you're looking for some flowing water? Try Hansen Creek.
