An average amount of precipitation falls at Funk Lake; during September this area sees the most rain, and February meanwhile is the driest month. If you come at the right time of year, Peshtigo River offers some pleasant whitewater, and Funk Lake is not the only location       close by, Papoose Lake is a close by lake. This lake is so wonderful. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Thunder River, and Marl Bay is very near and is a perfect place to have a look at. You clearly have to fancy Funk Lake. A fine nearby hotel is Best Western Crivitz Lodge. Why not spend some time golfing at a nearby golf course like Parkway Golf Course; if you came to camp Marty and June Katzka is a pleasant location to do that. Summertime highs at Funk                  Lake typically tend to be in the 80's, and the night is slightly chillier of course, usually in the 50's.
