Frog Lake gets a normal amount of rainfall; August is when you get the most rain here, and the driest month is February. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Americinn - Minocqua, Wi is a brilliant location to spend a night or two;       don't leave Frog Lake without first going for a hike along the Newman Springs Ski Trail. A brilliant close by hotel is Americinn - Ironwood, Mi, and Cub Lake is a nearby lake that you could check out. This lake is so wonderful. A good spot for whitewater paddling right next door to Frog Lake is Turtle River; skiing at Blackjack is one of those things you just should do. There's so much to do here at Frog Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Big 6                  RV Resort and Campground is a pleasant site for that, and Frog Lake is great enough to spend more than a day at, Wabasso Lake Campground is a great local campground. Summertime brings highs in the 70's to Frog Lake, and the nighttime is a tad chillier of course, ordinarily in the 50's. Daytime highs during the wintertime are in the 10's, and winter nights come with lows in the-10's to Frog Lake. Man, is there a load of cool things to do near Frog Lake.
