Americinn Hartford is a good place to get some rest; get your heart beating on the glorious whitewater of Pewaukee River. Summertime highs at Friess Lake regularly tend to be in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures drop down into the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 20's, and winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Friess Lake. it would be. Camping at Lake Lenwood Beach and Campground is always a good experience, and the snow is tremendous at Sunburst.
This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Super 8 Motel - Hartford is a delightful place
to spend a night or two, and an afternoon playing golf at Scenic View Country Club Golf Course is always a delight. Friess Lake is a good spot of typical rain; during September this area sees the most rain, and February is when it's the driest.
