While you're here at Friendship Lake you will meet lots of people from nearby Racine, and get wet paddling on Pike River. Comfort Inn & Suites is a tremendous location to get some rest, and Friendship Lake is good enough to spend more than a day at, Silver Lake Marina is a good local campground. Don't leave Friendship Lake without first going for a hike along the Tamarack View Trail, and if you like skiing, you're       in luck; Wilmot mountain is relatively near. For the duration of the warm days of summer at Friendship Lake temperatures are frequently in the 80's while nighttime lows are frequently in the 60's. During the winter the highs are typically in the 20's with temperatures at Friendship Lake dipping down into the 0's during winter nights. Drift down the rapids of Root River in a kayak, and Paddock Lake is a glorious lake nearby. An average amount of precipitation falls                  at Friendship Lake; the month of August is the wettest with most of the rain, and the driest of the months is February. If you want a glorious time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Friendship Lake. Brighton Dale Golf Course is a tremendous golf course close by. There's so much to do here at Friendship Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Happy Acres Kamp Ground is a brilliant site for that. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Country Inn And Suites By Carlson Kenosha, and the Lake Defiance Nature Trail offers hiking at its best. This lake is so wonderful.
