Summer at French Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 80's. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 60's. Throughout the winter this place gets highs in the 20's while the cold winter nights at French Lake are in the 0's. French Lake is delightful enough to spend more than a day at, Red Sails Resort and Campground is a delightful       local campground; a lake close by is Lake Onalaska. This place, French Lake, it definitely has so much outdoors enjoyable stuff. Black River Public Beach is a beach near French Lake that you can take a look at; a splendid close by hotel is Best Western Midway Hotel Riverfront Resort. This lake is so wonderful. Hit the slopes at Mount La Crosse in the vicinity. An average amount of rainfall falls at French Lake; most of the rain falls through September,                  and February meanwhile is the driest month. If you're here at French Lake and you like golf, you can pop by Hillview Golf Course, and beaches are brilliant and Pettibone Beach is no exception. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a place to stay Days Hotel La Crosse Conference Center is a fine choice, and swamps don’t sound that nice but French Slough close to French Lake is quite nice.
