Not far from Frahm Lake, you'll locate Chain Lakes which is a pretty lake; if you come at the right time of year, Totogatic River offers some nice whitewater. Americinn - Hayward, Wi is a brilliant place to get some rest; a quick trip to Ounce River is certainly a perfect idea. From a rain point of view Frahm Lake is a reasonably common location; of all the months in a year August is the one with the most rain; February is the       month with the least moisture. This lake is so wonderful. A great spot to camp here at Frahm Lake is Tyman's Motel and Campground; soar down the rapids of Eau Claire River in a kayak. Camping is available at Swansons Motel and Campground, and if you're here you can play some golf at Fire Hill Golf Club. All through the summertime months, highs generally are in the 80's at Frahm Lake. When the night sets in temperatures descend down into the 50's. High temperatures                  during the winter are normally in the 20's while Frahm Lake night low temperatures throughout the winter are in the-10's.
