Fox Lake is a brilliant spot to camp, Nordic Hills Campground is a brilliant spot; Wisconsin River has a perfect whitewater paddling spot close by. Fox Lake gets a normal amount of yearly rain; the month of August is the wettest with most of the rain, and February is the month with the least moisture. This lake is so wonderful. | | and you can stay the night at Shady Brook Campground. While you're here at Fox Lake, you could also go to beautiful Airhole Lake. Summer at Fox Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 70's. Once the sun is down it descends down to the 50's. Highs all through the wintertime are typically in the 20's while Fox Lake overnight low temperatures through the wintertime are in the-10's. Dry warm beds await you at Days Inn of Antigo, and in the event that you don't mind getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Eau Claire River.
