Fountain Lake gets a common amount of annual precipitation; the wettest month of the year is ordinarily September, that's the one that rains the most, and February is the month with the least moisture. Throughout the warm days of summer highs here at Fountain Lake get into the 80's, and through the night       it cools down to the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 20's; after the sun is down during the winter temperatures at Fountain Lake drop into the 0's. This place is excellent, just check out all the enjoyable stuff to do in close proximity to Fountain Lake. If you came for an overnight                  stay Hartman Creek State Park is a good spot to camp, and there are other places here than Fountain Lake, for example Deans Lake. This lake is so wonderful.
