Fountain Lake gets a common amount of annual precipitation; most of the rain falls all through June; the driest month of the year is February. Saint Croix National Scenic River is a delightful place near Fountain Lake. Have a brilliant hiking adventure along the Minnesota-Wisconsin Boundary State Trail, and playing golf is lots of fun at Frederic Golf Course. There's whitewater on St. Croix River for all you adrenaline       rush seekers, and if you came to camp Pine Grove Resort is a fine place to do that. At Fountain Lake all through the months of summer highs are in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures drop down into the 50's. For the duration of the winter highs are ordinarily in the 10's, and after the sun is down during the winter temperatures at Fountain Lake sink into the-10's. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Fountain Lake that you need to                  camp here for a while, Birchwood Beach Campgrounds is a great site for that; you can never get enough of the brilliant skiing at Wild Mountain. This place is so good, just look at all the amusing stuff to do near Fountain Lake. Going for a hike along the Markville Snowmobile Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity; get your heart beating on the good whitewater of Lower Tamarack River. Best Western Northwoods Lodge is a brilliant site to get some rest, and why not visit Bohn Dam if you're here. This lake is so wonderful. Really fine skiing awaits you at Trollhaugen, and you're almost certainly interested in lakes, Fountain Lake is one of those close by. A great nearby hotel is Luck Country Inn.
