Lakes are fine; Oneonta Lake is a lake       that's near Forest Lake. Forest Lake is right by the Lauterman Trail, and Mud Creek D7777 Dam has great water scenery. Whitewater paddling is good on Pine River, and of course, this is a magnificent neighborhood for people who like lakes, Mud Lake is a lake around here. This lake is so wonderful. If you came for an overnight stay Lake Hilbert Campground is a good spot to camp; a nice nearby hotel is Best Western Lakewood Lodge. Take a hike on the Dendro                  Eco Trail; Popple River has a brilliant whitewater paddling spot nearby.
