Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites St. Croix Valley, Wi is a fine site to get some rest, and Trollhaugen is a very popular ski area close by. You definitely ought to love Folsom Lake. If you're a golfer then a great nearby course is Krooked Kreek Golf Course; there's whitewater on Apple River for all you adrenaline people.       A tremendous site close to Folsom Lake is Saint Croix Dalles, and after a long day outdoors Americinn - New Richmond, Wi is a nice spot to spend a night or two. At Folsom Lake throughout the days of summer highs are in the 80's. Summer night lows dip down to the 60's. For the duration of the winter highs are generally in the 20's, and after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Folsom Lake descend into the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. From a rain point of view Folsom Lake is a reasonably normal place; June is the wettest month with most rain, and February meanwhile is the driest month. This lake is so wonderful.
