If you want a delightful time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Gogebic Range. Lakes are such peaceful locations, why not pop by Dells Lake near Lake Five, and the Black Lake Trail is a good hiking trail nearby. That right there is loads already, but it keeps on going; Lake Five has it all. Going for a hike on the       Great Divide Snowmobile Trail is always a splendid adventure, and Lake Five is a great site to visit for more than one day, Day Lake Campground is a great site to camp nearby. Chippewa River Campground is a glorious local campground, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Marengo River. This lake is so wonderful. Drift down the rapids of Marengo River in a kayak, and if you need a spot to stay Best Western Lake Superior Lodge is a great choice. The amount of rainfall                  that falls at Lake Five is close to the national average; the month with most of the rain is September, and the driest month is February. Through the summer months highs here at Lake Five reach the 70's, and the overnight is slightly chillier of course, ordinarily in the 50's. For the duration of the wintertime the highs are usually in the 10's; winter nights come with lows in the-10's to Lake Five. This lake is located in the wonderful Gogebic Range. These mountains rock, just look at all the exciting stuff to do in the Gogebic Range.
