Do stop by Fisher Lake 60 while you're in this part of Wisconsin. Skiing at Big Powderhorn Mountain is one of those things you just have to do, and don't leave Fisher Lake 60 without first going for a hike along the Newman Springs Ski Trail. You absolutely must adore the Gogebic Range. After a long day outdoors Indianhead Motel is a great place to spend a night or two, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Turtle River. Why not camp at Wabasso Lake Campground

This lake is so wonderful. Camping is available at Big 6 RV Resort and Campground, and if you're interested in hydro structures, you can check out Shay Dam. Man, is there a lot of amusing stuff to do in the Gogebic Range. Bluffs Inn is a fine site to get some rest, and gorgeous scenery and delightful skiing is what you obtain at Indianhead. | |

This place, Fisher Lake 60, it simply has so much outdoors fun stuff. If you come at the right time of year, Black River offers some good whitewater; a golf course close by is Tahoe Lynx Golf Course.
Fisher Lake 60 is a beautiful lake in the Gogebic Range. This lake is so wonderful. Virgin Creek is a beautiful stream that is worth visiting.
From a precipitation point of view Fisher Lake 60 is a pretty typical spot; of all the months in a year June is the one with the most rain, and February is the month with the least moisture.
